Horsehair Raku Pottery Firing with  David L. Bradley (REGISTRATION IS FULL FOR RAKU)
Experience the magic of Horsehair Raku! Select a one-of-a-kind ceramic piece made by David L. Bradley. Apply strands of horsehair and feathers onto the heated ceramic pottery to create abstract patterns on its surface.

Horsehair Raku: Master Potter, David L. Bradley has created one of a kind ceramic pottery forms.  Once you select your piece, it is placed into a hot kiln, heated to over 1000 degrees, removed, and you will apply horsehair and feathers onto its surface.  The horsehair and feathers dance and sizzle in the heat creating abstract patterns and line.  It is magical to observe.  No two are ever alike. Upon cooling, the pieces are coated with a protective wax and will be ready to take home that evening.
